- All our pieces are lovingly made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for crafting and shipping your unique piece.
- During peak seasons, processing time may extend to 7-10 business days. We'll notify you promptly if any delays are expected.

Shipping Charges
- Orders over $100: Free expedited shipping with tracking number
- Orders below $100: Shipping fee will be applied at checkout

Return Eligibility
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewelry with a reason for return/exchange
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging included
- Returns/exchanges subject to approval; no guarantee of refund

- If approved, refund processed to original payment method or as store credit, excluding shipping cost
- Allow up to 14 business days for refund to reflect in your account
