  • All our pieces are lovingly made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for crafting and shipping your unique piece.
  • During peak seasons, processing time may extend to 7-10 business days. We'll notify you promptly if any delays are expected.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Expedited Tracked Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Orders over $100: Free expedited shipping with tracking number
  • Orders below $100: Shipping fee will be applied at checkout

Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped

International Shipping

  • Available for most countries
  • Shipping times may vary based on location
  • Additional customs fees may apply

Return Eligibility

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewelry with a reason for return/exchange
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging included
  • Returns/exchanges subject to approval; no guarantee of refund

Note: Each piece is handcrafted; slight variations from photos are normal and not defects

Refund Process

  • Our quality control team will inspect returned items
  • If approved, refund processed to original payment method or as store credit, excluding shipping cost
  • Allow up to 14 business days for refund to reflect in your account
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
